The World Health Organization reached out to us to join a multi-agency videoconference brainstorm to ideate around how to encourage more Republican Americans to wear a mask.
Through WHO’s contacts, we managed to enlist the help of Governor Chris Christie, who had just recovered from being infected with COVID-19 after removing his mask at a gathering in the Rose Garden at The White House.
The film didn’t just launch, it took off. It received over 1.2 million views on YouTube within the first 24 hours, and had multiple press hits from all of the major news outlets. On C-SPAN, even President Joe Biden congratulated Chris Christie on the commercial.
