At Kenneth Cole Productions, we strive to maintain high standards of business ethics and respect for human rights throughout our worldwide operations.
We have developed internal systems to help increase visibility and support sustainability throughout our global operations.
At Kenneth Cole Productions, we take supply chain responsibilities very seriously. We are committed to conducting business in an ethical, lawful, and responsible manner. Furthermore, we seek out suppliers that share our commitment and incorporate responsible practices in their operations.
Therefore, we evaluate our suppliers (including analyzing the countries where they operate) to address risks of human trafficking and slavery. Select KCP associates are also required to complete training to aid them in identifying and addressing human rights issues, including forced labor.
All new factories are inspected at the inception of our relationship and KCP reserves the right to audit the facilities to verify continued compliance. We work with our suppliers to develop strong alliances dedicated to responsible business practices and drive improvement.
Read more about our supply chain policies under CALIFORNIA SUPPLY CHAINS ACT and the UK MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015.
Kenneth Cole Productions looks to innovate product and packaging on an ongoing basis to honor our responsibility to human and natural resources.
As part of this commitment, Kenneth Cole productions partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to create the Kenneth Cole Footwear Innovation Award. The Award is a one-year design fellowship opportunity for fashion graduates challenging them to combine design with social consciousness.
We are proud to have been a fur-free brand since 2007 and do not use fur in our clothing, shoes, or accessories. Any products bearing the Kenneth Cole logo, manufactured through our licensing division, are subject to the same policy standards set forth by the Global Sourcing and Operating Guidelines.
Kenneth Cole Productions works diligently to create policies, programs and benefits that contribute to a safe, positive, and environmentally responsible working space for KCP associates and workers throughout our business.
We are working to set environmental goals and reduce our carbon footprint in the coming years in our global offices and retail locations.
